Data Deletion Instructions — Occasia

If you would like Occasia to delete personal data we hold about you (such as your name, phone number, or message history collected through our WhatsApp Business messaging), please follow the steps below.

  1. Send an email to hr@events365.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your full name and the phone number or email address associated with your data, so we can locate and verify your records.
  3. We will confirm receipt of your request and process the deletion within 30 days.
